When you arrive at The Family Tree Recipes Cafe, you'll feel like you're on the set of a Hollywood movie. Out front, on the dirt and gravel lot is The Hillbilly Hilton. Designed and created by Brent and Terryl Scott, The Hillbilly Hilton is a working vehicle that conjures up ideas of jalopies driving along Route 66 in pursuit of the American dream. Southern American tradition and folklore, and a fun atmosphere are inherent in The Hillbilly Hilton.
Tours may be provided upon request.
Another later addition that also makes The Family Tree Recipes Cafe a great movie set location is the treehouse, with it's large 'Cafe' sign. Also designed and created by Brent and Terryl Scott, it sits high in the tree overlooking the FM 1488.
Enjoy some of the photos here, but don't stop there. Come on in and enjoy the great food and atmosphere at this all American casual cafe!
